Hoop Pole Creek Hot Sauce - Ghost of the Caribbean

We made Ghost of the Caribbean with a hybrid ghost pepper called the “Pineapple Ghost Pepper”. This pepper is grown in the indies, and is very hard to source in bulk. But we were able to get a couple hundred pounds!

This sauce is a Caribbean inspired sauce with notes of passionfruit, ginger, onion, and garlic. Sweet heat! It is a delicious sauce on seafood and anything Mexican/ Tex Mex. You don’t wanna miss out on this one!
